The boys varsity basketball team only needs two more wins to realize their playoff hopes. They have recent wins over Hesperia and Rim of the World. They now have a record of 10-7 and a MRL record of 3-3.

They have certain goals and strategies set it there minds to accomplish. The team captains Cody Craig, James Crigler, and Richard Moat are motivating the team and making strategies and goals happen. To really play as a team and have a goal to get along and have each other's backs is what they're working on.

"It's very important because last year our team didn't do so well and this year we started with a good record," said Junior Jordan Adams.

This year the team has made a change working as a team and a family.

"Its amazing what you can achieve when no one cares who gets the credit," said Assistant Coach Hector Armendariz.
The playoffs look good for the Sultana's boys varsity basketball in the upcoming events.
