
We will be having a costume parade on Thursday, October 31 at 8:45am.  Parents are welcome.  NO scary masks, weapons of any kind and please have students wear appropriate footwear. Students can change out of their costumes if they prefer.

We are getting ready for our FALL  FESTIVAL. Please donate candy to your students class. The classroom with the most donations will receive a class party.  



Make-up picture day Thursday, October 24.  For students that were absent on picture day. 



Red Ribbon week is next week! Every day will be a different Spirit Day. Shout out to our Student Council for coming up with these ideas!



We are taking candy donations for our Fall Festival. The two classrooms  with the most donations will have a class party!



All support sites and school sites will be closed for Fall Break from October 7 - 11, reopening October 14.


HUSD is excited to partner with Think Together to offer fun activities, enrichment and care during the upcoming fall break, October 7-11th. The program is free for HUSD elementary students and transportation is available. For more information, see the attached flyer or visit thinktogether.org/enroll to sign up today! Registration is required.

Today we had our KOALA  STRIVE Community Meeting. Students discussed the community values...Innovative, Respect, Encouragement, Validation, Responsability, Safety. They also did a team building activity with their team leader. Ask your students when they get home to tell you all about it.

Next week is Parent Teacher Conference Week and Tuesday, September 24th begins our Minimum Days. Please take a moment to view the UPDATED drop-off times for ALL students TK-6th who ride the bus so you can plan your pick-up accordingly!
