Attention all! Summit Valley Road will be closed tomorrow, 2/8 and Wednesday, 2/9. There will not be any bus drop off or pick up at all Summit Valley Road bus locations. Sultana High School is proud to join the nation in recognizing Black History Month, which is a celebration of the achievements, contributions, and the central role of African Americans in U.S. history. Also known as African American History Month, this recognition was first established by historian Carter G. Woodson and other prominent African Americans as a week-long celebration in 1924. Since 1976, every U.S. president has officially designated February as Black History Month. La Escuela Secundaria Sultana se enorgullece de unirse a la nación para reconocer el Mes de la Historia Negra, que es una celebración de los logros, las contribuciones y el papel central de los afroamericanos en la historia de los Estados Unidos.
